1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RecruitVector platform ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any screening or coaching session facilitated through our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.


2 Description of Service

RecruitVector is an AI-powered recruitment platform that provides the following services to recruitment agencies and their clients:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice.


3 Eligibility and Accounts

Access to the recruiter-facing dashboard is restricted to authorised consultants and staff of registered recruitment agencies. To access the platform:

Candidate-facing sessions (phone screening, browser screening, coaching) do not require account creation but are accessed via time-limited secure links or phone calls initiated by authorised recruiters.


4 Permitted Use

You may use RecruitVector only for lawful recruitment and talent management purposes. You agree not to:


5 Candidate Participation

Candidates who participate in AI screening or coaching sessions facilitated by RecruitVector do so at the request of a recruitment agency or employer. By participating in a session, candidates acknowledge:


6 AI-Generated Content

RecruitVector's platform uses large language models and AI systems to generate assessments, summaries, coaching feedback, interview questions, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

Important: RecruitVector's AI tools are designed to augment human recruitment decision-making, not replace it. All final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the recruiting organisation and relevant human decision-makers.


7 Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, models, user interfaces, and platform technology underlying RecruitVector are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform (CVs, job descriptions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process that content for the purposes of delivering the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated outputs (assessments, coaching feedback, interview questions) produced using your data are provided to you for your use in connection with the service. We do not claim ownership of these outputs.


8 Third-Party Integrations

RecruitVector integrates with third-party services including Retell AI, Google, xAI, OpenAI, Twilio, Pinecone, and ElevenLabs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.

When you connect a third-party service (such as an ATS) to RecruitVector via OAuth or API key, you authorise us to access and process data from that service as required to deliver the integration functionality. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and consents to make this data available to us.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services, and we do not assume liability for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on such services.


9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecruitVector and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you (or on your behalf) to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $500, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability under consumer protection legislation.


10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recruit Vector and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:


11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if the service is discontinued.

You may cease using the platform at any time. If you wish to close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 9, and 10) shall survive.


12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
